Tell them positive encorougament, and give them compliments, for example say you are really pretty if really they are ugly. It will boost their ego and make them feel important right away. Don't make jokes about them either!

We can include people with what we do. You can talk to them and do ignore them and just be nice. They are the same as you just different personality. You shouldn't talk about people behind their backs. If they found out you may make them feel really bad.

To make others feel important you could include them in projects, conversation, or hanging out. Don't ignore them, don't make fun of them, maybe give them a compliment.

I think to make other people feel important you should be respectful and honest to them. Also I think you should support them in what they're doing whether that is sports or school or something else.

By not putting them down, don't make them feel worthless even if you don't like them don't say anything to or about them that would make them feel bad about themselves. Invite someone to something if your not used to hanging out with them, and don't say things to them if there different then you or do something differently.

To help others feel more important you can start including others in conversations, or ask their opinion on things.

I need to be careful with the words I use when I talk to others. I should try to encourage another person instead of putting them down. Finally if it seems like somebody else is a little insecure or quiet, I should try to talk to them to ask them whats up or make an attempt to start a conversation.

We can be honest and kind to them. Involve them in games we do. Help them if they need help.
