I dont think it has an effect, all you have to do is believe in yourself

You don't need wealth to be successful in life all you need is perseverance and to believe that you can achieve any goal as long as you work hard for it.

Poverty and wealth may have a negative effect on one's potential to succeed because they may be discouraged to get out to the real world and get a job or a home because they are poor or live below the poverty level

I think that poverty or wealth has nothing to do on a person's potential to succeed because there is no excuses in life just like the book we read and you should do you what love and have nothing stop you; even poverty or wealth.

I think that If you have the ambition and the personal drive you can do anything, but i think that it will definitely be easier for someone that is wealthy. This is because they will probably have a higher eduction and will be able to pay for more education.

Poverty and wealth has a major effect on a person's potential to succeed because those things expose people to many dangers. If you are rich then you might want to fit in and that could mean a lot of drugs and alcohol. If you are in poverty you might do things to yourself to escape the pain.

I think that poverty and wealth have a lot to do with your success and where you go in life. When you have just a little bit of wealth it will always give you a base line to build off of. However if you do end up with the life or poverty or choose to live like that it's not a problem, there is always the option to go around and collect money to start your baseline. It is definitely not a secure way of living but if that is how you want to achieve success, it's is all good.

I think if your poor you would have less potential because they don't have the money to afford anything that they want to succeed. Then again, maybe they're happy the way they are and don't need the money. Then they would have the same potential to succeed as anyone else. I think if your wealthy, you can pretty much do anything you want, so you can afford what you need and want to succeed.

I think someone who is affected by poverty has almost more of a chance to succeed, people that come from that environment usually know how to work hard and what it takes to provide for yourself.
People coming from a wealthy family sometimes have a good chance to succeed because maybe they have a better education, but they also have everything done for them and they dont have to work like people coming from a less fortunate family do. They don't have to help provide for themselves and their family.Over all i think anyone who has the will and wants to succeed can, some people just have better skills and might have an easier time.

I think being poor or wealthy has nothing to do with succeeding in life. Trying your best at what you want to succeed at is what counts. It may be easier for some and harder for others but if you really try your best at something that you want in life you should be able to succeed.

AIDAN- I think that is very good, but just because you have no place to live and no education does mean you cant be smart. You can always teach yourself the things you need. Have a nice day

I think poverty is a big deal and we need to stop it and make school cheaper so everyone can go to school and does have effect but not on everyone so when you have a lot money a lot people just go off and spend it and blow it off on stuff they don't need that is what i think

Claire! Your comment is very good. I agree with your comment because if you do have a good base it's helpful but I think your just need to believe in your self with or without the money. :)

By my opinion it does't have that big effect on your life. As long as you are confident in yourself and where you've got in your life.

AIMEE- I agree with you if you have money it is easy to get success, HOWEVER if you are poor it just means you have a little more of a challenge to reach your success, but then again getting change in a cup is a slow way to do it. Now you have a nice day, love claire

Not all the time. But it can sometimes. Like if you need money to get lets say a sports team. If you need money to join a better sports team and your good enough to join but you don't have money to pay for that team. If thats their personal goal and you can't go any higher because you don't have the money then poverty is an effect.

It really depends on the person and situation, for instance a poor man would stretch the dollar and not waste it while a rich man would keep it all to himself or waste it while differently it could be the poor man that wastes his money while the rich man would be wise in how he spends the money again it really depends on the person and situation

I dont think poverty and wealth take toll to succeed in life.
If your poor, you just have to work harder
If your wealthy, you can probably pay it off.
