Gender stereotyping is a bad thing because you could make fun of some one who you think is gay and you could ruin their life.

gender steriotyping is not good because it can really hurt some one because of their sexual orentation because it's not fair if someone is and they tell you and you start to spread it around the school. so if you go around the school saying did you here that so and so is gay or lisbien thats not kool and it can really effects someone life by like people wanting to kill them selfs and suicade and suicaidal thoughts.

Gender steryotyping can really effect people's lives. If a man hears something about a joke where they made fun of a guy asking for directions then they will be forced not to ask for directions the next time he needs them and he will probably get lost. Another example is if a girl hears that she cannot play hockey because she is a girl she will probably be very hurt from the rejection and upset that se has to miss out on the great experience.

Gender stereotyping can affact your--and the people around you--'s life because if you're brought up to think that all men refuse to ask for directions, or that women can't drive well, then when you grow up you're going to teach that to your kids and the stereotype is only going to grow. Eventually, it will affect the world because after a little while, the stereotype will spread everywhere, just because of what your parents taught you.

Life is based on opinions. Some are true, some are not. Everyone has racist and sexest thoughts in their life. Sexism(Gender stereotyping) happens everyday. Like womens sports aren't has good as male sports,or only women can paint their nails. There is alot of random and obscure opinions about genders. The majority aren't true, just made up to be humorous. Anyways, gender stereo typing is all around and theres no way to avoid it.

It is like a rumor. It spreads and some people might think it might be true so they say it and it hurts the people who are that gender. They might get mad because people might bring it up whenever the person does what the stereotype says. They might get mad and even start rumors about the person who started the stereotyper. They will both be bigots because they wound change their minds and their both WRONG!!

Gender stereotyping is bad because it can make people feel bad about themselves. People can not like the way they are if you discriminate against them or make fun of them. People shouldn't jump to conclusions about people they don't know just because the way they look or if you think they're gay.

Gender Stereotyping affects my daily life because some people can treat you differently just because your male or female. Like if you are a female you can't do sports that males do because girls are afraid to get dirty. Or boys could never do well in Home Ec because they could never learn how to sew, and if they did they whatever they made would come out horrible.

gender stereotyping can affect your daily life in ways like you not being able to do something that you may like because boys or girls aren't allowed to do that. Or someone could make fun of you and you could feel hurt or you make fun of someone else and your hurt their feelings. It could also affect you because someone might think something of you because of the way you dress or act and make random thoughts about you.
