Focusing on the good things can defiantly help your mental health physical and emotional. the negative points can make you sad and put you down. so try to think positive (:

Focusing on the positive makes you more of a happy person, and people like to be around happy/positive people and that helps with the social part of the health triangle. Also thinking of the negative makes you think about the bad stuff more than anything else so you get distracted so then your mental part of the health triangle is distracted. Also when you are in a depression it makes you eat more which makes you gain weight and then your physical health is affected a lot. JUST BE HAPPY!
