Having a plan can help you in many different ways, i think. Having a plan can making decisions quicker and easier. It also can prevent you from making the wrong decision. This relates to the health triangle because too much trust in a stranger and not having a plan can make you in an unsafe situation. By making the decision to get in a car with someone you are putting yourself in danger, both physically and mentally. That's why having a plan can help you. By having a plan you can prevent yourself from getting in the car, and putting yourself in danger. SELF CONFIDENCE! If you have strong self confidence you can say NO and ALWAYS stick up for yourself. So, to keep myself healthy I, eat well, exercise, stay away from drugs, talk to my peers about issues I have with them, express myself, notice my mistakes and learn from them, I'm responsible, and respect everyone In no. I feel I am maintaining this well and that I wish everyone could be like this or even better. I feel bad for people that make one wrong decision. If someone decided through peer-pressure, to start drugs, they can get addicted. Once your addicted you need money. many people in the 1970's through now, have gone through prostitution to get money. This is sad and unfortunate for these people.
